At SendCustomGifts.com, we take pride in creating one-of-a-kind items personalized just for you. Because customized products are made to order with user-entered text (embroidered or designed with rhinestones), these items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. 

Please double-check spelling, dates, and text before submitting your order. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for errors provided by the customer. If a customized item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error made by SendCustomGifts.com, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are available within [7] days of the delivery date. 

  • Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

  • Personalized or custom-embroidered items are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.

  • Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable.
